Why do you have different brands of pet products on your website?

	PET BOTANICS is a unique line that contains specially selected herbs and botanicals to improve upon existing product formulas. In addition, we make sure that the formulas we select for PET BOTANICS are as natural as they can be without reducing effectiveness.  PET BOTANICS products are ideal for pet owners who prefer basic, natural products for their pets. Our PET BOTANICS line also includes several products formulated for dog training.
	The GOLD MEDAL PETS brand includes mostly grooming and health care products for pets. The formulas are ones designed for professional groomers, who have to be able to respond to all kinds of problems. The GOLD MEDAL line is  “solution oriented”. If you have a problem, Gold Medal has a solution.  For instance, if your dog has a skin problem that won’t go away, there’s a medicated shampoo. If your dog has a short, thick double coat, there’s a specific shampoo for him. If you have a black or brown dog and the coat tends to fade, the Dark Coat shampoo is specifically for that problem.  GOLD MEDAL PETS also has eye and ear cleaners and health products that support good grooming. The PET shampoo formulas (14 of them!) all contain pro-vitamin B-5, Panthenol.
	CRAZY PET produces celebrate the fun that pets bring to our lives. It includes grooming and some health care and mostly treats and toys! The shampoos and grooming sprays are based on mixing and matching fragrances. Our Train Me! Treats are reward treats that help you train your “baby” so your life together is more enjoyable.
	The “Play With Your Pet & Care For Your Pet” yellow corner on Crazy Pet products indicates they have special instructions for children who are learning to care for their pets. Those products also have notes to parents to indicate that following the instructions also helps instill character values in children – part of The Back Bones of Character™ program that Crazy Pet products incorporate.

Why should I use Gold Medal products instead of Pet Botanics or Crazy Dog products? 

The choice is up to you. We guarantee the same high quality products in every product we sell on this website. If you prefer products oriented to nature, pick Pet Botanics. If you are very serious and encounter problems now and then, look for GOLD MEDAL PETS. And, if you like to have fun, enjoy bright, bold colors and fun fragrances – or have children you are teaching to care for their pets, you’ll like the CRAZY PET products.

You can also buy most of these pet products at a pet store. Pet stores have employees who are highly trained about pet care and can educate you on our products and help you find the product that suits your individual problem. We support the pet stores and our staff is dedicated to servicing both pet stores and the distributors they buy from. We are so busy doing that job that we are not available to talk to or correspond to consumers directly or by email. There just aren’t enough hours in the day!

We realize that not every one is located near a pet store that carries these products – and even if they carry them, they may be temporarily out of stock of the one you want, so order from us or buy them at a pet store. However, we are not a 24/7 supplier. Our web store hours are 8 – 5 Monday through Thursday only, excluding holidays. Orders that come in at any other time wait until office hours before they are filled.
