The top, middle and bottom layers are codfish, known for its low fat content and for Vitamins A, D and omega 3 & 6 fatty acids. The two thick, inner layers are made of a mixture of salmon and sweet potato. This provides a balance of protein, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
